Restrictions on Use

There are currently no restrictions on use.

Set Up Procedure

The blast tree is located in /share/apps/supported/htblast including a README, which is recommended reading for new users.

The location of the BLAST data files needs to be stored in the ~/.ncbirc file. There are some datasets in /share/apps/supported/htblast/data. You can gain access to the binaries by loading the bioinformatics module.
