Current time and processor limits and scheduling information specific to the SGI Origin systems are given below. Please note these may change as the service evolves and as user requirements change:

Running Large Jobs

If space permits, large jobs will be run at any time. Otherwise, system rundowns will be implemented as required in order to run such jobs at selected times - currently these times are Tuesday and Thursday evenings and at weekends. The exact times for such jobs to be run is not fixed - they will depend on the job profiles in the system at the time.
