ccSHT v1.03

Overview

ccSHT is a C library which contains routines that compute the spherical harmonic transform (SHT).

Restrictions on Use

There are no restrictions on use as free software.

Set Up Procedure

To gain access to the libraries you need to load the ccSHT and fftw modules .

Running the Code

You will need to link to the ccSHT library at link time ( -lccSHTmpi ). Since the ccSHT library uses routines in the fftw library, you will also need to link to this ( -lfftw ). On the altix, if you are running with v7.1 of the intel compiler you will need specify the locations of the libraries using the -L flag of the linker (compiler). In order to discover where they are, please load the module and examine your library path.
